The streaming file is lower quality than the download file, alas, but it will stream on a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) modem, if you are patient enough. The gray progress bar on top of the control turns white as the file is buffered; once it gets about three-quarters of the way across, you're good to go.

Firefox users: if the control does not appear, and you see the "missing plugin" window, it's because the file npdsplay.dll is not in your Mozilla Firefox\plugins directory (or "folder," as the kids say now). It seems the Firefox plugin finder is not up to finding this one. Look around on your hard drive for it, it should be in Program Files\Windows Media Player if nowhere else, and copy it to Firefox\plugins. Or just download and install the Netscape Windows Media Player plugin from Microsoft.
