I seem to have missed getting to Washington, D.C. for the Repeal Day Ball. But that news story informs me of the existence of the Museum of the American Cocktail, in New Orleans. Another place to visit! But I would have to sober up in order to drive there. Maybe Malone will drive. That picture is a Champagne cocktail in the hand of a good-looking woman, and it comes from here.

And so we have lived to see another Veterans' Day in the United States. Thanks to the veterans, living and dead, who have made it possible. We would like to draw to your attention Honor Flight Network, "a non-profit organization created solely to honor America's veterans for all their sacrifices. We transport our heroes to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorials. Top priority is given to the senior veterans – World War II survivors, along with those other veterans who may be terminally ill."

I just wanted to thank you for being such a part of our family tradition .Our girls grew up knowing that when we would go to ocean city ....that meant we would be seeing Malone & Hutch ....so sorry about Hutch and I'm so sorry that our week isn't when you'll be at shenanigans.Our 1st grandchild is coming with us this year but she'll have to wait till next year to enjoy your music. You wouldn't be able to switch your week would you ? LOL

It was great fun seeing you and your gang over 4th of July along with Lorraine and Birthday Bob, the West Virginia ladies, the famous Powers from Pottsville, one half the Burt Bros, Bill and Sheila with the Metros from Florida, Joan and Jim from Va., and the rest of the characters that make up the Shenanigans landscape. Mr. Bennett, Big John and I will see you all soon.

We're back after 11 days in OC.
The vacationa and holiday was complete with the fun and music from Malone and the lads and Mcnamara, Kazoos and Dr. Bill. The week seemed fairly calm and then Sunday night it seemed things got a little wild. Glad that the schedule worked out so that you played on Sunday.

Does anyone out there have advice for my cousin Erin who would like to tour Ireland next month? Any tours or companies you recommend? I'd ask Malone to host her personally, but I'm looking for a gentleman.

We will always remember Hutch as well.
